Fire Cider Details
Fire cider is a whole food remedy for cold and flu. It is immune boosting, antibacterial, antimicrobial, and antiviral.
How we make our fire cider: Whole foods are chopped and submerged in raw unfiltered apple cider vinegar (ACV), then left to infuse for 6+ weeks. The infusion is then juiced, strained, combined with local raw honey, and transferred into sterilized glass bottles with a plastic lid.
Ingredients: raw unfiltered apple cider vinegar (ACV), local raw honey, horseradish, garlic, onion, fresh ginger, fresh turmeric, organic oranges, organic lemon, habanero chili, organic parsley, organic thyme, organic rosemary, black peppercorns.
Taking fire cider:
Immunity support: Take 1 dose daily to support immune system. Shake well before every dose. Take with or without food. Do not give to children under 1 year of age.
Treating acute sickness: At the earliest onset of symptoms, take 1 dose every 3-4 hours until symptoms subside. Shake well before every dose. Take with or without food. Do not give to children under 1 year of age.
Recommended dosage:
Adults: 2 tsp (10ml)
Children 1-10 years: 1 tsp (5ml)
Under 1 year of age: Not safe due to raw honey content
Doses per bottle: Each 16oz bottle contains about 48 adult doses
Expiration: The low pH of the vinegar gives this tonic an indefinite shelf life at room temperature. It must not be stored in metal or with a metal lid.
